50 years old man evaluated for moderate hypertension.good status,without dyspnea,with mild systolic murmur at the apex.normal ekg and chest x ray.on the echo(apical view):there is an aberrant papillary muscle in the right ventricle with a parachute like aspect of the tricuspid valve,with an aberrant papillary muscle in the LV (between the proximal septum and the LV apex)without hemodynamic consequences.
