Description
about 70 y old patient with condition after DDD-pacemaker-implantation because of two neurokardiogenic synkopes caused by sick-sinus-syndrom. We did the TEE because of new atrial fibrillation to look after thrombus in LAA (RAA) before we did the electrical cardioversion. Besides we check the position of the pacemaker leads.
