Very impressive clip! In my country we never see that kind of complications of tuberculosis, here it´s a very rare complication of tuberculiosis. So I don´t have any experiences in treatment of pericardial effusioon caused by tuberculosis. What is the therapy of pericardial effusion caused by tuberculosis except the typical antituberculous antibiotics? Is there a need or benefit of pericardial instillation of antituberculous antibiotics? Thanks a lot of sharing that vid,
thank you.TT=antituberculous antibiotics with corticosteroides
(prednisolone),to avoid the evolution to constriction.
