young patient with septic shock. intravenous drug consumption is known. in TTE we found a huge endocarditic vegetation on tricuspid valve. in TEE we could verified this, no vegetations on mitral, aortic or pulmonary valve. beside we could see multiple small pulmonary abscesses caused by bacterial embolizations.
