Finding thrombus in LAA is
sometimes a lucky-shot. And you´re right: the differention between
small thrombotic masses and musculi pectinati of left atrial appendage
can be very difficult.
I´ve posted for months another vid
with a big thrombus in LAA.
You really go my friend :) I must admit that even if I practice alot
TEE I am not so able to distinguish the left atrial appendage and
small thrombotic masses
