Nice vid maghe :) I think this is the typical case that we should call
NEVA USE AN INOTROPE . In my ICU setting the combination of LVOTO and
Hypovolemia ( Kissing of papillary muscles ) is really A RED ALERT
SITUATION . Thanks for putting it up . It shows you are a cardiologist
