Description
Notwithstanding valvuloplasty, there was no reach for haemodynamic stabilisation, the clinical condition deteriorated rapidly, so we implanted a intra-aortic bolloon pump. Although there was a complete anticoagulation (PTT > 60 sec) with UFH, we found a thrombus in the left atrial app.
