Probably you could use any more information. The central-venous SO2
was 97% im comparison with the arterial SO2 of 98% (Shunt in context
of sepsis or right-left shunt?). Alleged he never had any clinical
afflictions in the last years, I couldnĀ“t believe that.

Description

Patient with septic shock and congenital heart defect: in TEE we could see an ASD, a VSD and we had an idea, that there is a sinus venosus defect and a parietal thrombus in the right pulmonary artery too.
