Description
This is an unusually high gradient. The patient had exertional pre-syncope. Giving the pretty high PG I started to doubt whether I got the MR that is a common pitfall, but the envelope and the position of cursor suggest it is the LVOT PG I caught. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
